The 2019 "Rock Out for Youth" gala occured on March 9th at 6pm at the Country Club of Jackson. The event feature a dinner, dueling pianos, a silent auction, and more! Proceeds from 2019 event went to support three worthy and important non-profits: the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, The College and Career Access Center, and 4H.
JSO’s vision is to enrich our communities by providing superior performance, listening, and learning experiences in a variety of settings. Funds raised through Gala will be used to expand their program that exposes kids to instruments and music education with a focus on at-risk youth.
CCAC assists both traditional and nontraditional students in attaining their education and career goals. Funds raised through Gala will be used to provide services at all school levels in the thirteen school districts and in the Jackson Community.
4-H is a research-based experience that empowers young people and includes a mentor, a hands-on project, and a meaningful leadership opportunity. Funds raised through Gala will go towards 4H participation fees and activity supplies for at risk youth programming at Jackson Public Schools.
